Do I need a referral to see an orthodontist?
You do not need a referral to see one of our Doctors; however you will be entitled to a higher rebate from your health fund if you do have a referral. All of our Doctors are of equal and exceptional experience.
What happens at my consultation?
At the consultation, the Doctor will assess the patient’s situation and discuss whether you need and want orthodontics to improve your smile.
Our Health Questionnaire Form will need to be completed prior to your initial consultation. Please feel free to download (PDF) and print it before visiting our clinic.

What happens next?
If your teeth and you are ready to start with orthodontics, we will schedule you to have x-rays, diagnostic models of your teeth and photos taken so that the doctor can discuss with you the best course of action to enhance your smile. We then start treatment as soon as possible.
If the Doctor decides your teeth aren’t yet ready for orthodontic work, we will continue to see you for recalls until the Doctor and yourself are ready to start treatment.
How often do I see my orthodontist?
You will see your orthodontist on average every six weeks, but that will depend on the Doctor and the progress of your teeth.
Are There Payment Plans Available?
Yes we can organise a payment plan option for you. Please discuss the available options with the Practice Manager or Office Supervisor at the clinic nearest to you.
